Please Download and Unzip in a folder:
Install the programs:
Ilastik (Version 1.3.3)
QuPath (For Windows, use the Zip File option, the installer is not signed and is for that reason difficult to install)
Fiji ImageJ (You probably already installed)
StarDist Fiji plugin (You need to select both CSBDeep and StarDist update sites, see the explanation)
